Here is some great information and exercises to keep your shoulders injury free! Shoulder repetitive stress injuries are very common in this sport. Don't wait until you have a problem to try and fix it! Keep the problem from happening. For example, you don't wait until all your teeth fall out to start brushing them... by then it's too late! You don't wait until your engine siezes to change the oil... Take care of your shoulders NOW!
